Guess what physical attackers, this gal potentially carries Counter which could absolutely flatten an Azumarill given how much damage it will deal.

Time to rethink, discuss good builds, and prep for fighting her!

my Flutter Mane seems perfect type-wise, and I’m sure the Calm Mind + Stored Power strat would be very effective on it; but its defense sucks.
rn I’m thinking about that Fairy Dog that has the fire-immune ability, since it’s ability gives +2 defense for every fire hit.

If everyone repeatedly spams Lumina Crash, the damage just keeps on increasing, it might start slow but by the end of the match, it might be unstoppable.

It's also got great support options like Rain Dance for weakening Cinderace's fire moves, and the EVs are for bulk because it's not particularly well equipped for defense without it.

stored power sucks in raids
it takes two turns to barely exceed psychic in damage and every time your side is neutralized you have to spend two more turns setting it up and eating hits in the meantime, all while the clock ticks down
just use psychic

Azu + Belly Drum + Play Rough won't /not/ do damage, but it's very risky.

I'd rather people bring their Hyper Voice Pixelate Sylveons if anything from Charizards were going to come back.

yep. even before taking type effectiveness into account it's 80 bp * 1.5 for stab * 1.5 for using it on psychic terrain * 1.3 for psychic terrain itself = 234 bp. and it takes virtually no time to setup, plus armarouge gets flash fire to eat pyro ball and resists high jump kick.

I think people are overthinking again. Charizard had absolutely no coverage outside of Dragon type moves despite the fact they could've easily given it Solar Beam to cuck Azumarill more. Cinderace is going to have the standard moveset plus Tera Blast and you're gonna like it.
