for the ditto to be 6IV and pass those down for breeding, it has to have either been caught like that legitimately, or edited.
if it was legitimately caught, good on anon. But he definitely didn't catch dozens of 6IV ditto, so he almost certainly duplicated.
and if he's going to hack to duplicate, i don't know why he'd go out of his way to catch one with legitimate 6IV, especially that's not from a raid. Why not just catch one and change the IVs? You're already hacking, might as well.
