People should shit on these games more for introducing the concept of natures and IVs in Pokemon. These things have done nothing but make battles and training more tedious for anyone who cared about them, and it took 5 fucking generations for them to let us change natures and view IVs in a convenient manner.
EVs are pretty shit too (mostly because of the way to you get them) but at least you were able to change them since they were introduced.
