You can easily access every objective just by walking except for 1 where you need to swim(and when you reach your bikemon surely has the swimming ability). The rest of the objectives can be reached right when you just started your journey. It would be much better to make a natural path with levels in order but with branches, and backtracking objectives that disorder the lineal path a bit.
That way, everybody will perfectly know where the real order is, even if you still have the option to break the level balance in case you want to. That would be much more real freedom than the mess they did in SV. And that would be a well designed and balanced game as well.
I would also let all EXP candies for postgame.
