What mvoves are compatible with this item? I tried using it with twin beam and that did jack shit. anyone know any other moves that don't work with it?
according to bulbapedia its supposed to make multihit moves hit at least 4 times

Pretty sure it only applies to multi-hit moves that can hit 4 or more times. It's basically the item to use with Population Bomb

It changes any moves that hit 2-5 times to instead hit 4-5 times.
Moves that hit a fixed number of times like Double Kick or Triple Dive aren't affected.
Moves that hit multiple times based on accuracy like Triple Axel and Population Bomb also aren't affected.

I think the only mon that learns bone rush in gen 9 is lucario and I don't think this is worth it but sure. try it if you want.
