I wish I had that much happen to me in a span of an entire summer (June 21 12:00AM CT - September 21 11:59 PM CT) like it happened with Ash & Pikachu. Anyone else with the same wish rn?

*CT = central time.

1246 episodes and 19 movies total if Ash & Pikachu's main series story is counted and after the 11-episode epilogue mini-series airs in Japan.

I mean obviously more time passes than that. He waits months for one of the Leagues, Professor Kukui gets married and has a baby, Ash and Pikachu celebrate one year together. Some anon calculated and said he'd be at least 14 by the number of days and nights in the anime

It is literally not possible to travel and spend extended amounts of time in like 7 different regions in the span of an entire year, let alone a single summer (3-4 months). You couldn't even do this in a few years. I don't know why they push this meme, or why they refuse to just let him age, as if 10-12 year olds are even their target demographic anymore.
That's before we get into how he has visibly grown and his voice has significantly deepened since his journey began.
