For the Charcadet itself, the animation of the eye flames relative to its small size actually make the blue flames pop quite a bit from its small frame and contrasting red colour palette.
But Armarouge's and Ceruledge's shinies are beautiful in that Armarouge's shiny has Ceruledge's eye flames and Ceruledge's shiny has Armarouge's eye flames.
You can complain about the shinies being too minimalistic, and I wont' even claim you're wrong for thinking that. But I love them and they're some of my favourite shinies.
