Trick room is useful if there only one hit left to go or you are using some kind of recovery that will let you survive the attack. None of those pokemon have that great recovery except maybe toxapex, but then toxapex does no damage anyways.

An idea I had was
Skeledirge @ Leftovers
Ability: Unaware
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA
Bold Nature
- Torch Song
- Slack Off
- Will-O-Wisp
which should be able to slowly grind down the health. (+6 torch song does about 150% damage, which is about 5% of the total raid health). It would probably need flamethrower or some other attack for more damage.

For tera types only. One tera type usually spawns 3-6 raids in the whole region so a 30-min sandwich for them doesn't sound as bad as you think. Furthermore, you can reset the raids each time you reconnect to the internet so you can actually farm a lot of shards in a day with sandwiches.

Gotta be honest. I find these raid threads rather pointless. I mean,

There's no real reason to do raids other than to obtain Ability Patches, which you can't get anywhere else.

But even for those, you don't need to go online and put your faith in random strangers (most of which who are underage kiddies) and suffer because of their incompetency + the janky online fuckery of raid mons randomly healing after hitting 0 HP.
You're better off doing these raids alone.

"at will" is an understatement, 50 shards is a bitch to grind just for one Pokemon.

Nothing can be done other than peaking at all the dens and then resetting the day. Raids aren't affected by charm or sandwich. Even if you want to rely on injectors like Machamps.com, it won't work because like Max Lair in Crown Tundra SwSh, Shinyness is determined by your console, not the host's.

And then there is shinyden on twitch.
They have shiny dens up and runnijg all the time and I am sure theirs are injected.

Even still, why not Cheer turn 1? By inverting turn 1 and turn 2 you can guarantee that it works even on "turn 1 cleanse" mons.
