I really would've liked for there to be a phase before the Raidon vs Raidon match where you and your friends fight it in a Tera Raid Battle. Then the system goes into emergency mode and locks all Pokeballs, and you finish it with Raidon.

The AI is a robot, not a human, they could perfectly have done that with the robot becoming some kind of monster you need to beat with your friends.

I understand why they didn't do it in SM when Lusamine was fused because Lusamine was an actual person after all and inside the fusion there was her. I understand it's inside Pokémon ethics to not attack a person with your mon. But this time they were not a person at all, they could have done that.

I'm expecting the Tera Raid to be against the third legendary. There's no way they'd make you form a team of 4 and then not utilize raids somehow.
