>>52756736>Ability Capsules and PatchesRaids. You can buy capsules for 100k from the pharmacy but they're a 1/10 drop from 5 and 6 star raids which you should be doing anyway. Patches are a 1/20 drop from 6 stars only.
If you haven't done it yet you unlock 6-star raids by finishing all the post-game stuff.
>VitaminsJust invest in the Power items and train normally. 500 EVs worth of vitamins is 500k, doing that for every Pokémon you want to train is insane. Power items only cost 10k each and give the Pokémon holding them 8 EVs whenever they gain EXP from a battle. That means you can efficiently EV train up to 6 Pokémon at a time, as long as they all need just one stat from the Pokémon you're fighting.
Say there's a mass outbreak of Marills (which give 2 HP EVs each), you can have have a Primeape KO them holding a Power Brace so it gains +2 HP and +8 ATK per KO, and in your party you have a Gengar with a Power Lens getting +2HP and +8 SPA, a Blissey with a Power Belt getting +2 HP and +8 DEF etc. When their secondary stats are maxed you can switch them all over to Power Weights and finish their HP off. Then the item for whatever other stat for the leftover 4 EVs. Takes like 20 minutes tops even if you're working with a 1 EV mon. At 10k per Power item that's 120k for 6 fully trained Pokémon, and you have them for all future training. At most you'd need 6 of each for 360k total to cover all your EV training forever, instead of spending 500k+ for a single Pokémon.
>EV removing berriesIf you don't want to go insane doing the ESP minigame or finding them on the ground you just have to deal with what you get from Raids or abuse the auction.
>Tera ShardsThis is the biggest motherfucker of the lot because there is no alternative but grinding raids. The Delibird event that's live through Christmas gives a good supply of them, take advantage of it while you can.
