Overpowered, balanced, shit, all welcome here. Suggestions to buff current abilities also welcome.

When this Pokémon wakes up from sleep, it restores 25% it's max HP
>Heavy Sleeper
This Pokémon cannot have stat debuffs inflicted on it while asleep. When it sleeps, stat debuffs are removed.

The idea is to give it to some pacifist/wholesome critter Pokemon with Mega Rayquaza stats and have it serve as its Achilles heel ala Slow Start or Defeatist.

Meant for Pokemon who are suppose to be really strong but too frail to break out of low tiers. Aggron, Wailord, Electivire, etc

For Banette only. If it's going to be outclassed by every Ghost type, let's just give it a unique gimmick nobody else has. Now in exchange for basically only having a team of 5, you have a once per game trump card that can force them to pivot, lose one Pokemon, or force a can't win scenario if it's down to 2 vs 1
