Its like they looked at the inspiration behind gen8 poorly reconstructed fossils and decided to apply that logic to all pokemon. "Hmm lets make this tall bipedal mon, slap this menacing axe blade in the middle of its back and give it a long tail so it literally cant use the blade haha"
