no, the first time they gave a fire starter that wasn't fighting a new type it was mega charizard X getting dragon, then hisuian typhlosion getting ghost. this is not the first one.

and how would tera fighting raid cinderace count but these wouldn't? that makes no sense

and both of those are from before the era of Fire/Fighting types. It was Fire/Fighting straight through until Incelneroar, and even he was a Fighting archetype with another type stapled on.

absolutely. Inceneroar is still a fighter and Cinderace is a biped that kicks. Now they're turning him into a Fighting type because they're obsessed with Fire/Fighting

also old starters getting forms count. that's like saying there's no normal/ghost type pokemon yet because hisuian zoroark just doesn't count because zoroark is originally a dark type. it's made up and illogical

Cinderace came before Hisuian Typhlosion.
It therefore predates it on the front of being at non-Fighting Fire starter.

There's a difference between a starter with a new additional form being stapled on it and a form that's not a starter, but also, for all intents and purposes, is a separate Pokemon, given the forms have no interconnectivity.
