The post-game Miraidon kept popping out of every Great, Ultra, Dusk, and Timer ball I threw at it. I redid the fight, got its health to around 40%, and used a single standard Pokeball after 12 failed ultra balls, only for the Miraidon to settle for it.

Same story for all the Paradoxes, really. They looove regular ol’ pokeballs more than ultra balls.

I can never bring myself to use the Master Ball JUST in case there's some fucking cancer on the level of Cresselia in some future update or something.

As for OP, make yourself a sandwich. Catching Power: Electric 2 will make it so much easier it's ridiculous.

Bro just dupe the masterball. Saving it for Cresselia is retarded anyway since pokemon from Tera Raids have 100% capture rate unless stated otherwise

i started catching everything in normal pokeball years ago, is not that hard look at any calculator after gen 5 and as long as the pokemon has low health and is sleeping you got like 10% chance to catch with a normal ball, and you also got crit captures to help it's literally all luck
