It seems to me that more and more Pokémon are getting some sort of special treatment. Specifically with signature moves and in some cases signature abilities. There is so many in gen 9 and the newer generations in general.

So which Pokémon DO NOT have any special treatment?

So let's say a Pokénmon has special treatment if at least one of the things in this list apply to them.

1. Special exception to game mechanics. Examples include Diglett and Dugtrio being stuck to the ground and Shedinja's 1 HP.
2. Signature Move.
3. Signature Ability.
4. Pokémon-specific item.
5. Mega Evolution.
6. Signature Z-Move.
7. Gigantamax.
8. An equivalent Paradox Pokémon.
9. A new form added after it's debut generation.
10. A new evolution and/or pre-evolution added after it's debut generation.

Of course you could add more to this list such as having a prominent role in the anime but I mainly wanted to focus on gameplay stuff.
