They are based on laundry static. They're bodies are made natural fabric that has becomes twisted by the creatures own static electricity to resemble real world clothes. They wait for humans come near so they can drain their life force. And they can use their ability to manipulate static electricity to stick to any surface. Which explains their names. Abilities are Static/Stench. HA is called "Cling-On". If physical contact is made, the user copies the stat changes of the opponent/ally.
