Hop was ok in this regard but SWSH storytelling ensures it's never expanded on to much. Other than that, the last time was Barry who actually wanted to beat you and wasn't just along for the ride

I'm also pretty sure it's stated that Nemona holds back in most battles so that she can actually enjoy them instead of just immediately crushing her opponent.
But I do agree, I wish we saw her actual team. Wanna get steamrolled by her level 80 max EV'd Tauros.
