He did.
He also did the Vs Sada/Turo theme, the Academy Ace Tournament theme, and the melody for the main Acaemy/Field theme.
He also did the Area Zero theme, but Go Ichinose made changes to it. Not sure how significant those changes are or how much credit Toby should get for it.

I've never particularly liked his music. And for some reason he randomly makes really fucking bad tracks for pokemon at random.
Thats not to say all his pokemon tracks are offensively bad; but i would have very much preferred no Toby. I'm not going to lose sleep over it though.

I only care if he actually delivers some bangers, ahe did with the Sada/Turo battle theme.
The thing his music has is that at its worse, is a bit catchy, but very repetitive, and at its best is legitimately pretty damn good. And considering how 50/50 the music has been these past few gens anyway, I don't see any harm in him staying for the long run
