Should I change the Fire and Water lines?
I’m thinking of changing them to a Shiba Inu (Sentai) and Marine Iguana (Kaiju). Would you guys like it better that way?

The fire starter is really bland, maybe because it just gets bigger. My suggestion:

Grass and Fire are both pretty cool. Though I think Grass's original final evo looked more fitting.
I don't have a pic of it saved sadly, but it looked like a triceratops with its horns being cannons.
Maybe it didn't match the "theme" these do, but I've no idea what that theme is so I don't care.

Base forms are cool. Mid stage beetle is cool, the rest arent to my tastes. Beetle and trex look too detailed and the sheep final is like a generic humanoid. I dont really know what its theme is, it just looks weird

The beetle is the best. Even with the art it still looks cool.
The lizard needs a little more attention. The design is not that bad but look like generic anime monster, if you know what I mean.
The sheep is the worst. If you are planning of making it end as bipedal, she should have signs of that from the start. Using official starters compare squirtle with tepig to see what I mean. The middle form is actually nice but the final stage needs some work.

I want to make a cheerleader pokémon.
I have this vague idea of a cheerleader that's got an ability like Power Spot or Steely Spirit - either just a generic buff or type specific I'm not sure.

But beyond that, I have no idea.
You guys have any suggestions? I'll gladly consider anything.

No special ability or signature move for it that I know of. Maybe something between encore and baton pass?

An ability called Ultrafan that makes moves never run out of PP/ removes recharging period of moves/ counters disable?

I'll be replacing the Fire and Water starters in favor of something less "fursona".

The Fire starter and Water starter lines will now be a shiba inu and marine iguana, respectively.

Fire starter:
Barkindle (Fire) -> Plasmaul (Fire/Electric) -> ??? (Fire/Electric) - Theme: Sentai superheroes.

Water starter:
Marine iguana - Theme: Kaiju
Basically, the starters will have a Tokusatsu theme into their designs.

Though I will admit that I'm interested in seeing the new starters you are developing. I'm just sad that the fire lizard isn't going to be used. That second form is really nice looking. Hopefully you can repurpose it into something else.
