5 more are just rebrandings of pre XY pokemon (Sylveon, Iron Valiant, Mimikyu, Clodsire, and whatever the fuck the new Volcarona's name is)
17/30 pokemon are either from before the XY era or based on something from the pre XY
face it, pokemon designs went to FUCKING SHIT after gen 5. Clodsire being that high is ONLY because it is a rebranding of an older pokemon.
