I was an avid Incineroar hater back then. But honestly even incineroar is miles better than any of the gen 8 starters and better than the gay duck.
I would never have thought I'd say this.
That said, I really wish we could go back to gen 1-4 starters when they were simple designs without jobs and references everywhere. There's a reason Charizard is the most popular starter after all. If the current gen starters were just made into normal mons instead it'd be better.
