Remember when Pixilate and Refrigerate had the 30% boost instead of 20%? You can thank mega Salamance for that. A Pokémon that only simply needed a reliable Flying-type move as opposed to a mega evolution caused two shitmons to be nerfed.

Color change should just activate before kecleon is hit. If you give it an attack that changes type to always match the user's it'll have guaranteed STAB, 9 resistances, only 2 weaknesses (ghost and dragon) and immunity to most status conditions (wow, twave, freeze, etc.)
