Good colors, fun design, based on an interesting cryptid.
It doesn't need to be competitively viable or traditionally "cool" to be a fun Pokemon. It's nice to look at.

she just has it all, cute, cool, mischievous, dickish, when she evolves she becomes pretty intimating, but i like to imagine she's still kind to her owners, would be nice to snuggle under the "tent", at least assuming she doesn't have poison point

Overworld encounter is different from the old random encounters. In overworld encounter in Gen 9, many Pokémon spawn at the same time, meanwhile you only encounter one single Pokémon in random encounters in Gens 1-7. For example, A Pokémon with 1% encounter rate like Chansey in SV is not as hard to encounter as in GSC, despite both share the same 1% encounter rate.

I remember I once seen a Charcadet near the bamboo forest. Never saw it again and I killed it accidentaly, but then again I kind of dropped the game as soon as finished the story

i'm surprised at how much I like most of these, it's hard to choose. I've got some attachment to Cleffa too, and Mareanie isn't bad at all.

Honestly, though, Dunsparce has saved me in so many failing XY/GSC runs that it deserves to be the one I pick. Maxxed Return + Silk Scarf + STAB + Coil fucking destroys, and Serene Grace only helps it further (in other areas)

I had the same impression and just looked it up. Damn, had no idea it was this rare. I always thought Ralts was the rarest in Gen 3.
