I transitioned from F to M a decade ago, pass without effort, and how people treat me has remained baseline the exact same except for (correctly) defaulting to "that's a man" and calling me a he or "dude". The one exception being at work - I work in IT and before I transitioned people would ignore what I told them even though it was my job. After I began passing effortlessly, people took what I said a lot more seriously and actually listened. Or maybe because I moved to a better company, but that's still my experience.
I still pick the girl in Pokémon games though because they're a lot cuter.
