May and Misty, although May is still a slight downgrade
Iris isn't the best but she's the biggest improvement

I can't argue with the former, but evolving Haxorus was a big, positive change, I hate that ever since Misty they gave the girls a little pokemon to carry around as a stuffed animal for the whole season, just for the cute factor, but with a character as combative as Iris this did not fit at all, the same goes for her Emolga, also she now has a Gible and a Goodra.
