I cannot for the life of me beat this bun. Either I wind up with the most brain dead teammates or he just outright gets lucky and obliterates everything in his path. Fuck this raid, yes I am seething

I've already got 6 with support Azumarill lol
Try solo it with Iron Defense + Nasty Plot + Stored Power sometimes random internet allies are shit

if you do it offline it'll give you a better NPC than autofill NPCs when playing with humans. your best bet is unironically find 3 friends you can trust to do well or use the 3 offline NPCs

It doesn't help that raids in general are literally broken.

It's like they didn't playtest this shit at all, it does not work either visually or mechanically, it's just a clusterfuck of hoping you can click your button before something breaks. GF should be embarrassed by the state of this game but they probably aren't since it sold a billion copies anyway

Skeledirge with the Unaware ability can ignore Cinderace's def and atk buffs. While still growing stronger and stronger with Torch Song.
And Skeledirge is still ghost which makes it immune to fighting.
You can also give your Skeledirge Will-O-Wisp and make sure that Cinderace is burned all the time, which lowers its attack which helps to keep your side alive.

to add to this, when I was testing out Espathra it instantly lost all but 10 hp after it was revived, got burned and instantly fainted.
Tried again and it came back missing half its hp after it was revived.

Well. True. But that fighting move is fucking strong, and has double stab. Being immune to it, making Acrobatics the greatest threat, is still very beneficial.
