Meowscarada sucks because it stood up, but the design is not bad in and of itself, I'm just still salty they went the fucking bipedal route again despite literally everyone wanting them to keep cute quadratito. Skeledirge is OK, a bit overdesigned by not horrible. Quaquavel on the other hand is the worst starter design since Incineroar, and the animations only bury it deeper. Quaxley isn't the best, but he deserved much better than GayFreak gave him.

Only the duck got a raw deal but it's kinda funny so I think it's alright. Cat is the best starter and the croc is extremely cool.
