>>52867817I went to watch a video of your champion trial against her because I wanted to see that. But then something even weirder came up. When I played it at first I didn't think too much about it but in retrospective this shit is off. She says:
>But before we get started, I should apologize for one thing. You see, I have a trait that some might say is inappropriate for the League Chairwoman... I am utterly incapable of holding back when it comes to Pokémon battles. Maybe that's why nobody's passed this test recently. It's a bit of a problem, to be honest.Breaking down what she says:
1. It is, for some reason, inappropriate for the League Chairwoman to not hold back in battles.
2. This inappropriate behavior started only recently. Maybe for the past 2ish years (more on that in a second).
3. It's a problem that people cannot pass this test for some reason.
Firstly, why would it be a problem for the Chairwoman to not hold back? Or, to ask this differently, why should the Chairwoman hold back exactly? One may say, because we need a lot of champions. Why?
Then, you may have realized I threw a number, 2ish years since Geeta's behavior began. This number is not something I came up with. The only person that we know of who passed this test is Nemona, who became champion... 1.5ish years ago? I'm trying to find the exact figure, but I know it's at least 1 year ago. Why 2 years, then? Because Geeta says this is recent (clearly before Nemona became a Champion), and because that number fits just too nicely with the time Clavell became the director (please correct me, I'm trying to pull these numbers from memory and I may be slightly off).
Finally, why exactly is it problematic that she gatekeeps the champion title so hard? Again, why do we need so many champions? What is the purpose? What does she gain from having more and why isn't she taking active steps to have more champions?
There is some weird shit going on with Geeta.
