How do you get them?
What are their stat spreads, considering the 130/110/95/65/65/60 "rule"?

Alright OP I'll start with the rock type because this is most likely how they would make it.

Not how I would want it to go but this is the most likely spread on the planet for a rock type eeveelution because someone over at game freak really hates rock types.

I imagine it to be an egg pokemon kind of like Togepi (or a baby chick/lizard/dragon) that evolves like Eevee into all these unused types

Ability is Clear body, HA is Heatproof. Gets Recover and is generally a fat steel piece of shit.

Ability is Cursed Body, HA is Infiltrator. With access to Will-o-Wisp and Moonlight, alongside Hex, it can be a real defensive presence, even if 65 Defense leaves a bit of a chink in its armor.

Mounteon, the Rock Eeveelution

110 DEF
60 SPA
65 SPD
65 SPE
Ability is Solid Rock, HA is Sand Rush. While it does have a rather mediocre stat spread, access to Hone Claws and the coveted Edgequake combo, with a little Salt Cure on the side for fun, should make it an intimidating Sand abuser.

this is easily the best eeveelution stat spread you could've made. the only way it could be more powerful is as a steel type.

I don't make any new eeveelutions.
I make a regional variant of the family.

I'd switch Jolteon and Glaceon's alt-types. I feel like it would be easier to make Glaceon look Steel-type, and Pin Missile, once heavily associated with Jolteon, is Bug-type.

Reminder that all Eeveelution types, barring Sylveon for obvious reasons, were categorized as special before the physical/special split. The only type that was categorized as special that hasn't been an Eeveelution is Dragon.
