This shits on those facilities too, since the battle system is less diverse and more simple.
The areas don’t have anything interesting going on in them barring Pokemon that just sit around waiting to be caught. There’s nothing else to do and no other cool areas or caves to discover with actual level design barring that one temple.
The game wants you to seek out the Pokédex but they decided to pad out completion requirements because the game has no meaningful content.
The fact that there are people who voted it over gen 3, 4, and 5 is insulting.
