Won’t OHKO, but the rabbit will be nearly dead and be finished off by NPCs or by your next Stored Power attack, even with its shield up. It will OHKO with helping hands or one single Sp. Def debuff applied on the rabbit.

If you're not willing to risk being the damage dealer,
chilling water spam drizzle peliper or azumarill doing the same is okay.
Keep chilling water until attack is minimum, remember to account for Bulk Ups.
If you see a damage dealer get low, heal cheer.
otherwise, if you have nothing better to do, defence cheer helps buff stored power even more and buffs your own survivability in the process.

how to unlock 6* & 7* or just how to do them? 7* will usually have good pokemon that are specific counters like >>52847205 (or solo Slowbro) for Cinderace. 6* are mostly the same as 5*, you really just need to be aware that you should try to bring something that's effective against the tera type but not weak to the raid pokemon's regular attacks, and maybe build some support pokemon if you're planning to do rando raids.

if you mean how to unlock them just beat the game, do some 5* raids until Jacq calls and tells you that black crystal raids are available, those will be the 6* (and 7 when they're available)

When the raid boss puts up a shield, it will probably clear it's own debuffs, and potentially your buffs. This incentivizes being able to quickly rebuff, or outright OHKO the boss.
When a boss has a shield up, it CANNOT be debuffed.
Otherwise, all buffs and debuffs work as normal. Bosses can be taunted, skill-swapped, etc.

oh lol. basically when the raidmon's shield is up status moves don't work, and they'll usually clear out any debuffs or negative effects on themselves, so you need to debuff them and hit hard before the shield goes up. damaging moves that cause debuffs (like acid spray or chilling water) are also really good because those DO work when the shield is up.

stuff like Taunt is really useful because the raidmons like to buff themselves or spam status effects like yawn or will o wisp.

when the shield goes up they'll usually clear your side's buffs too, so you'll need to redo those if you had any up. Reflect and Light Shield are useful here because those don't get cleared (afaik). When the shield goes back down you can debuff as normal

I think since the first joiner doesn't benefit from the heal cheer they use, they got crit and knocked out before they could acid spray
