Gen 9 Pokemon projects

May through September- SV DLC. Split in three parts, first is related to Geeta's backstory, second introduces the other game's professor, the last is centered around Heath and what he actually saw in Area Zero. Aside from more of Area Zero, there are no new areas to explore in the DLC but there is a lot of story and features.
October/November- Pokemon Warriors game (musou) for the 10th anniversary of XY. It's set during the time of Xerneas/Yveltal's last awakening 800 years ago, not the war of 3000 years ago. Protagonist joins the knighthood and fights for the kingdom of Kalos against an uprising of local lords that eventually gets out of hand. There are no Pokeballs but you can summon Pokemon with a whistle and command similar to the Team Star raids. There are set battle maps so it is not overworked but the graphics are very nice.
- Johto remake for 15th anniversary of HGSS. It is apparently a more "traditional" remake from what I know, i.e. they're using SV as the base. Story is different, it centers more on Celebi and with traveling to the future to avoid a calamity. Towns are supposed to be phenomenal from what I hear. The game is developed by another company besides GF and ILCA, although both of them are assisting.
- "Unova" legends game for BW's 15th anniversary. This one is being developed by GF. All I know about it is that it's intended to be a sequel of PLA, Laventon is in it, there's a lot of trains and that Unova is only one of several explorable areas and the rest is all new. I would assume it's scaled to a normal game size though.
- Gen 10 for 30th anniversary. All I know is the region inspiration and that the plan is to have it on the next hardware. At some point in Gen 9 you will be able to figure out which one it is.
