Was Gen 4 ever supposed to be a finale? The powerscale goes completely extreme. The legendaries are literally God and the deities of time and space. The champion is the hardest in the series. It took till Ultra Necrozma and Leon to even potentially rival the power of Gen 4. Why did they do this?
