Why doesn’t she wear this all of the time? Iris’ original outfit does nothing for her, so why doesn’t she wear this all of the time?

Technically she's the only Champion that switches between her Champion outfit and regular outfit constantly. Lance constantly wears a cape all day. At the very least why not keep the hair?
