Give her Palafin in her first slot who is hard coded to use Flip Turn turn 1 into Glimmora

Unlike what most think all he team need, besides making glimmara her lead, is better moves, take away Espathra quick attack and give it ligh screen, Gogoat is fine because of it stats it has 123 hp and 100 attack that work well with the screens and bulk up, take away Avallugg cruch away and dive it iron defence for synergy with body press, take away king gambit headbuttt and dive it sucker punch amd finally give her entire team the ability to terastalize.84

I should also clarify that Arboliva has Light Clay and is programmed to set up screens and then switch to Espathra after it does so. This gives Espathra crazy bulk while it sets up, heals it with Grassy Terrain in the meanwhile, and said terrain boosts its Energy Ball to crazy levels.

Important to also note that the AI would need changing.

No EV's or items on anything but Glimmora (to guarantee it at least gets up 1 hazard). I feel like that's excessive for a singleplayer boss. Maybe for a postgame rematch.

Rearrange her team into this order:
Glimmora, Espathra (replace Quick Attack with Light Screen and give it Speed Boost), Gogoat, Avalugg, Veluza, Kingambit

Explanation:
I don't need to explain Glimmora and Kingambit's positions.
Espathra sets up dual screens into Gogoat, allowing it to potentially stack up multiple Bulk Ups into a sweep. Avalugg needs Light Screen support and will be unstoppable with Reflect - which is why its immediately afterwards. Veluza is second-to-last to finish off a hypothetical sweeper of your own with Aqua Jet - and to just generally punch holes into your team for Kingambit's big sweep.

Most people answered already, but I think this works nicely when you first fight her >>52861402 and either >>52862899 or >>52863714 would be best for a post game superboss.
Only problem is Nemona, who's pretty piss easy in comparison. How would Nemona's champion fight be buffed, if at all?

Has an Assault Vest. I get the sense her team is themed around hyper offense, so I did not want to alter the moveset too much.

Has a Life Orb. I do not understand the purpose of Fairy and Psychic coverage. Fairy is just better Psychic type offensively. I replaced Zen Headbutt (an already bad move anyways) with Brick Break for Ice types.

Has Choice Scarf. Final Gambit solidifies its role as a sweeper-ender before the big Kingambit sweep.

I think you could have her Orthworm lead to set up Stealth Rock instead of Lycanroc, and save that for potential clean-up later.
A curveball could be having her change the Tera type of her starter rather than going for double-stab in order to throw the player off.

I'd like to see Nemona keep her Pawmot, give it a Sash and know Protect/Revival Blessing/Double Shock/Close Combat, Protect is for mons with Fake-Out
I doubt that the AI is coded to know how to use Revival Blessing but Pawmot should be the Ace so she can revive something that will be troubling for the rest of your team at that moment, and whatever mon gets revived will be the one to Tera
