Lando is a gluemon that's easy to slap onto any team because it can compress so many roles into a single team slot. For any singular role, there are better options, but Lando sets itself apart by taking on the most roles.
Ghold is defined by its single role of spinblocker, which it does so amazingly well that it warped the meta. It can do other things, like hit hard and be decently bulky, but that's just the cherry on top.
I would also argue that neither of them are broken. Really good, yes, but not overwhelming. Neither of them are gonna sweep your team or wall your team.
