something else i've noticed is that the rate of getting aprimons in surprise trade is way lower in sv than previous games. previous games had notably popular breedjects that get wonder/surprise traded frequently like moon/love mimikyu, beast ball beldum, eevee in every apriball, moon dreepy, heavy rookidee, etc. but this gen doesn't have any mons like that, besides maybe charmander and scorbunny. i've surprise traded a dozen boxes worth of breedjects and have gotten less than 10 unique aprimons, and almost none of them were from gen 9.
the lack of enthusiasm for breeding/trading this gen feels like it's shared with the entire fanbase rather than being a /wfg/ problem. i wonder why, breeding is technically easier now so you'd expect to see more breedjects, but in reality it's the opposite.
