>>52893885It's cool seeing an opinion on the good/bad from someone who hasn't played in a hot minute, I feel it's too easy for those who've been following every game to not appreciate the well done aspects of it and just get lost in the negative (myself definitely included).
I don't really know what they were doing with the trainer battles, I did a solid 3 before giving up on them in my playthrough, and the raids are straight up just a worse copy of the ones from Sword and Shield, so heads up if you ever play that one.
I also don't know why they keep lowering the difficulty, I know people use the "kids game" argument, but I also remember being like 9 years old and possibly retarded and still playing through FF6 so I never really bought into that argument.
But I hope the DLC gives more focus on the group dynamic like in Area Zero, that shit was kino.
And you could always hyper train your favorites and bring them into online battles if you're good at/enjoy that for something to do with them, and I don't know if you're familiar with home but if you get attached to specific mons you can transfer them over so you don't lose them on restarts
