Final section was truly kino. I feel like they actually developed this portion of the game somewhat early because it didn't feel horribly rushed compared to previous endings.
And I really liked the character interactions of the three. I know people shit on Penny for being an asshole to Arven but he definitely also acts very standoffish at the beginning. And it's really hard for someone like Penny to immediately relate to Arven since they are on different ends of the spectrum of parental issues. And they are both dumb teens who hide their insecurities with apparent abrasiveness on the outside to protect themselves, but are sweet and caring on the inside once they gained someone's trust.
Also, compare this stuff with your stupid "friends" in XY. God I fucking hated them.
