>>52879391After gen 3 makes the legendary forced into the story, and 5 made the box legends mandatory captures it's not bad to do for fanservice. It might be bad for balancing, but it's the final fight in the game and the player is always allowed to use items so it's totally fair, but a mewtwo would certainly be a pain in the ass for gen 2.
