I built a gastrodon after seeing this, maxed HP and spdef. Leftovers + chilling water, earth power, tera blast (grass) and rain dance.
Experience with the set was mixed but only did 2 raids. Storm drain didn’t eat as many water moves as I was hoping, only 1x per raid. I was expecting more spatk boosts but it didnt happen. Putting evs in defense meant my attacks didnt do too much, especially vs neutral targets. I’ll probably keep running it because I have no good support mons.
Did a 6* water tauros (tera normal) raid - chilling water probably saved us because he output a ton of damage with close combat + headbutt.
Then did a 5* gyarados (fire tera). My team looked good in the lobby but they turned out to all be level 60-80 and could not do any damage despite stab and water tera. Ended up running out of timer close to the finish - we might have been able to win if i had used rain dance to get more damage, but i didnt want to enable hurricanes. Definitely would not have lost this raid if I was using azumarill or other attacking mon.
They need to add a level requirement or allow you to see your team’s summary in lobby, there is no reason you should be allowed to use a level 60 mon in an online raid.
