Larry-San may be a normal man but his tastes are above average
The extra crispy rice was a nice toasty flavor and did not taste burnt at all, as well as creating a textural contrast in the bite
But the secret really was the lemon. The zesty burst of citrus cut through the fatty fish and paired with the sweet salty sauce to create a balanced taste for all the senses
Perhaps being normal isnt about being plain, but instead being well rounded. Everything in its place as it should be
