Would probably be super vanilla but one of the most enjoyable and fun pokemon games ever, would probably have a lot of content but story would be almost non-existant, probably a lot of Kanto pandering but still would have some freshness

RGBY essentially were. Or at least co-directed. He game GF a lot of direction on design. He was the one who suggested they split it into two versions and make some monsters exclusive.
