Ice Type should not resist Water. It is okay if Type matchups don't make sense, it is NOT okay if they make ANTI-sense. Having Fire be weak to Grass wouldn't be justifiable. Well it's the same here. When water and ice/snow mix it just melts away the ice/snow, PERIOD.

EVERY TIME someone tries to interject with some analogy for why it would make sense, they reveal how braindead they are. All arguments people bring up are either

>apply to an extremely niche situation that is not remotely applicable to normal battle conditions
>are correct, but actually an argument for why Ice should be SE on Water. shit like, "well when you put a glass of water in the freezer..." that are completely goddamn irrelevant and provide NO ARGUMENT for why Ice would resist Water on the defensive side

And frankly I'm sick of having this discussion. You can't justify these 2 elements interacting in the exact OPPOSITE way they work in real life. I know most of you twerps have never actually seen snow before, but this has gone on long enough.
