In addition, Pokemon like Abomasnow, Purugly, Bibarel, Regigigas, etc... while not being cross gen evos, fall into that body shape. Pokemon like Garchomp, Rampardos, Luxray, Empoleon, Giratina, etc... also have quite a bit of sharp spikes/edges to their designs.
Of all of the generic pokemon here, I think Gen 4 is probably the most accurate.
