Just started playing SV, noticed that some trainers have their speech bubbles highlighted differently. One of these trainers had their pokemon hold Leftovers pretty early in game. I didn't have a pokemon on hand with a move to steal.
Can I steal held items from npcs?
Is there a list of npcs to look out for early game to steal items from if so?
