Koharu - a schoolgirl. Has an Eevee at the very least, but not a skilled Trainer.
Tie: Bonnie, Max - literal children. Zygarde/Squishy does not count to aid Bonnie since she does not own it, rather it is her friend. Same with Dedenne.
