Anyways, imo Kyurem is a separate member of the same species of pokémon that the original Dragon that begat Zekrom and Reshiram belonged to, perhaps older and depowered in some way, or maybe since it either came from space/was struck by the meteor that formed Giants Chasm it was corrupted or damaged somehow. That's why it's part Ice and wants to merge with one of the dragons, it's lost its ability to generate power. Additionally, I've always interpreted the splitting of the dragons to be fully transformational, with each dragon taking on an appearance fitting their role rather than being some sort of hybrid of Zekrom and Reshiram. Obviously it would have certain design similarities like being a bipedal likely winged dragon with big feet and a turbine tail, but would otherwise be fairly dissimilar from the two dragons, none of the weird mishmash of features you usually see.
Basically, I think the complete dragon would look like a healthy, fully powered Kyurem without the cold theme, possibly either fire/electric or having some sort of type switching ability linked to a held item or whatever.
I don't think it's the husk of the original Dragon because we only have one source for the claim, drayden, whereas everyone else believes it came from space. There's definitely a meteor impact that occurred there, the professor discusses it and Kyurem was almost certainly affected by it in some capacity, but I'm not convinced that it was a husk of the original Dragon. I am convinced that Black/White Kyurem is not an accurate depiction of the original Dragon though, that things just a freak.
