Hax isn't a psuedo, dude, to be a pseudo you need to have 600 base stats total, the typing doesn't actually mean anything as Tyranitar and Metagross are also pesudos without being dragon type.
Hax would be absolutely cracked if he was a pesudo though.

Those aren't pseudo legendaries. It has to be a three-stage line AND have a base stat total of exactly 600 (before Mega Evolving, if applicable).
