It seems confused about what it wants to be.
It has a high Attack stat, so obviously it's meant to be offensive.
But it can't use Guts properly because it's a fire type immune to being burned.
Its high SpDef indicates that it's meant to be a bulky attacker, but its HP and PhysDef are too low for that.
And it's too slow to function as a frail attacker.
Not even getting into the shitty movepool. What coverage does it have? Bite? Dig? Double Kick?
It got Trailblaze this gen, and while grass coverage on a fire mon is theoretically good, the move is just too weak.
